Accommodation;
Sitting Room: Comfortable, Colour T.V./video, radio, gas fire, old oak side table and views across fields and green.
Kitchen/Diner: A superb family room, with terracotta tiled floor in dining area. Bosch dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, gas hob, fan assisted oven and microwave. Well equipped.

There is a small garden at the front of the property, which overlooks the village green and has camellias, clematis and a small weeping birch. Opening from the kitchen is a small private courtyard, which with its terracotta pots and overhead vine makes a perfect area for outdoor eating.
Stokenham is a pretty village, less than five minutes drive from the beach at Torcross. The Tradesmans Arms and Church House Inn are within easy walking distance. Parkside is well placed for walkers and ornithologists with Slapton Ley only a mile away. There are good shops at Kingsbridge or Dartmouth both around twenty minutes away by car.
Stokenham itself has a farm shop situated to the left of the main road to Torcross about half way from Stokenham to the sea. This has a good selection of groceries and fresh produce.
